The Breakup group is conduct on the basis of School of Public Administration of Moscow State University. 

Reports submitted to the Breakup group dedicated to questions of public and municipal administration, and corporate management. The following subsections are considered economic, financial, political, sociological, historical and legal aspects of the administration, and also focus on innovative development and human resource management. Reporting should correspond to the topics selected subsections.
