1. Rules for Articles
1.1. The manuscript should be submitted in electronic format and uploaded to the journal website http://sitito.cs.msu.ru through personal account.
1.2. The volume of scientific articles - from 6 to 15 pages. Abstracts will not be accepted for publication.
1.3. Articles are accepted in Russian and English.
1.4. A manuscript must include the following:
• The article and the list of references;
• Information about the authors: each author’s complete name and institutional affiliation(s), full name of institution and department, authors’ contact information (phone, e-mail, address);
• Article title and authors’ names in English;
• Abstract and key words in Russian and English.
Sequence and the rules of setting up of the main elements of the article:
1.4.1. In the upper left corner of the sheet UDC is to be put down, which should reflect the theme of the article in some detail (see. : http://teacode.com/online/udc/);
1.4.2. This is followed by the surnames and initials of the authors, separated by commas: in the first line should be the surname, then the initials;
1.4.3. The information about the organization: first the name of the organization and its location are specified, then the name of the country;
1.4.4. The title of the article (in English);
1.4.5. Abstract 300-500 printed characters (in Russian);
1.4.6. Keywords (in English): are separated by the symbol ";";
1.4.7. Next comes the surnames and initials of the authors, separated by commas (in Russian): in the first line should be the name, then the initials;
1.4.8. Next comes the information about the organization (in Russian): first the name of the organization and its location are specified, then the name of the country;
1.4.9. Next comes the title of the article (in Russian);
1.4.10. Annotation (in Russian);
1.4.11. Keywords (in Russian): are separated by the symbol ";";
1.4.12. Next comes the main text of the article, it must contain structural elements such as: the introduction, the purpose of the study, body of text, the results obtained, the conclusion;
1.4.13. Further information: persons who supported scientific research, scientific advisor, Head of Research and so on;
1.4.14. List of bibliography in Russian (if the article is in Russian, plus transliteration http://translit.ru/) or in English;
1.4.15. Information about each author individually in Russian: Name (in full), academic degree and title, place of work and position, research interests, e-mail, address, and telephone number;
1.4.16. Information about each author individually in English: Name (in full), academic degree and title, place of work and position, e-mail;
1.5. We accept files in doc, docx, odt.
1.6. The article will be rejected by the Editorial Board in case of violation of the requirements for registration of articles and in case of the absence of contact information for communication with the author.
1.7. It is recommended to simplify article styling. In order to make an article use only "Basic" or "Normal" styles. Please do not use any heading styles.
1.8. In a text document, all margins - of 2 cm. Page numbers are not put down! The typeface is Times New Roman, font size 10 pt, single line spacing, justified, the break line- 1.25 cm.
1.9. Captions must be located under illustrations. Captions for tables should be placed before the tables. All figures, tables, charts should be numbered and have a title. Do not use an auto-numbering of figures, illustrations, tables.
1.10. Figures and tables should be performed qualitatively (graphic processing figures in the editorial office is not intended). The editorial board may request drawings in separate files in order to improve the quality of the article layout.
1.11. The cited literature should be given in the numbered (not in alphabetical order but in the order listed in the text) list at the end of the article. In the text the reference to the works cited should be put at the end of the sentence. Each reference number should be enclosed in square brackets and indicate the number of the source, for example: ... in the development of psevdokulturnyh trends . Quotes are enclosed in quotation marks, for example: "...need to be generated in students by the end of the course" [1 : 45]. In brackets the number of the source is given first, and after the colon is given the page number from which the quote is taken. If reference is made to multiple sources, they should be listed in ascending order of numbers separated by commas, for example: [3, 5, 8]. Sources in the list of references are to be given in accordance with GOST 7.0.5 - 2008 "Bibliography link» http://library.fa.ru/files/gost-ssylka.pdf. Examples of correct references: http://elibrary.ru/projects/events/conf_vak_rinc/icons/Regl.pdf.
1.12. References to unpublished documents are not allowed.
1.13. TYPOGRAPHY OF THE NUMBERED LIST: each element of a numbered list which comes after the point should begin with a lower case letter, and at the end the symbol "semicolon" must be put. EXAMPLE: The application consists of two Web pages:
• Home. The functional part of the application;
• reference. Contains quick start guide and a list of computing functions allowed to be used.
1.14. TYPOGRAPHY OF THE BULLETED LIST: Each element of a bulleted list which comes after the point should begin with a capital letter, and at the end the symbol "semicolon" must be placed. EXAMPLE: The application consists of two web pages:
1. Home. The functional part of the application;
2. Help. Contains quick start guide and a list of computing functions allowed to be used.
1.15. Notes as the author's comments on the text are drawn up as follows: endnotes are made, indexes are indicated by an asterisk or the numbers in the end of a sentence, for example: ... the implementation experience is summarized in guidance and study manuals of the author.. * Text notes are placed at the bottom of the page under a horizontal line starting with the superscript.
1.16. In the case when abbreviations were used (except for well-known), acronyms, names of organizations, tests, questionnaires, etc., the abbreviation expansion are to be given in the notes.
1.17. The editors reserve the right to amend the text of the article.
1.18. Support documentation for the scientific article:
• a remittance advice (in scanned format) for editorial services;
• post-graduate full-time students: graduate student status must be confirmed by a certificate of postgraduate study, certified by the signature of head of organization and the stamp (in scanned form). Fee for the publication of manuscripts from graduate students is not charged.
1.19. All publications are freely available on the website http://sitito.cs.msu.ru.
