The program is based on recognition that the increasing political and economic integration of the European Union must be accompanied by sustained activity to ensure that public opinion and relations between individual member states, remain positive and constructive at the grass roots level. Taking part in the Young Leaders Forum allows like-minded individuals to share their thoughts and ideas and work together towards establishing a better cultural climate for future generations across Europe and around the world.

Cultural Diplomacy in Europe: A Forum for Young Leaders (CDE) is open to young professionals and students with an interest in exploring and strengthening relations between European States, in international affairs in general, and Europe in particular.
