As You may have already heard all the information concerning Conference structure with the name of sections and subsections is available here http://lomonosov-msu.ru/eng/lom_11_struct.html As for the invitation letter your abstract should first be submitted and the Council of experts should confirm your participation, only then an invitation letter can be formed and sent. The letter of invitation is traditionally sent by fax number, which you also need to indicate.

Whereas, in Russian section it is written until 25th of February. Could you please clarify on that matter?
