International conference ‘DIGITALIZATION of EURASIA’: NEW PROSPECTS for ECONOMIC COOPERATION AND DEVELOPMENT

About

The scholarly discussion is focused on global experience with promoting digital economy development, the special emphasis being placed on international cooperation associated with digital economy projects.

Proceedings of the conference are to be published, as well as a summary of policy advice to make economies of Russia and other countries of the Eurasian Economic Union more ‘digitalization-friendly’.

The resulting volume will be indexed in РИНЦ in 2019, with the ISBN assigned.

Working languages: Russian, English.

Participation in the conference and publication of the Proceedings are free of charge. The registration fee is not charged. Travel costs, accommodation and meals are paid by the participants themselves.

Application to the Conference

To participate in the conference, registration on the LOMONOSOV portal is required. Applications and abstracts (in Russian and English) should be submitted to the Lomonosov Web portal  until November 16, 2018.

Requirements for Applications

The abstract of the paper should clearly formulate the problem as well as the approaches used to solve it, and present the main results and conclusions. Applications with abstracts that do not reflect the main ideas of the paper, as well as those less than 3,000 printed characters (including spaces) in length are not considered.

For the submission of abstracts, the system of automatic layout is used:

1. name, surname, patronymic, academic affiliation and e-mail address of the applicant, the title of the paper are automatically generated on the basis of the application form filled in by each applicant;

2. Special form to apply your abstracts will be available on the page "My applications" after you submit your application to participate.

3. abstracts should be 3,000 to 4,000 printed characters (including spaces and not including the List of literature, which is uploaded in the separate window);

4. in the text of the abstract, footnotes and endnotes should not be used;

5. images are uploaded with jpg and png files after inserting the text of the abstract;

6. the List of literature is made in alphabetical order by the author's surname.

7. in the text of the abstract, references to the List of literature are given in the following form:

  • [Oliver, 1980], [Ivanov, 2001, p. 20], [Johnes, 1994; Vasiliev, 2001];
  • references to the work of three or more authors are given as : [Ivanov et al., 2002] or [Bevan et al., 2001];
  • links to statistical databases, reports, collections of information, etc. are given in the following form: [Business Statistics ..., 1898, p.20], [Statistical Information ..., 1963], [Charter ..., 1992, p.30].

The main text of the Abstract should contain references to all information sources mentioned in the List of literature.

Attention! When you upload abstracts, you can not enter the numbering of the items in the List of literature. After saving the abstract, the system automatically numbers the lines. Go to a new list item by pressing the "Enter" key.

Applications that do not follow these guidelines will not be considered.

 

Requirements for the design of the accepted papers

Conference participants whose applications are approved send their papers for publication. The deadline is December 17, 2018.

Participants presenting their papers in Russian should submit an abstract and the main text of the paper in Russian.
Participants presenting their papers in English should submit an abstract and the main text in English.

The structure of the paper:

1. Name of the author, academic affiliation and position in the upper right corner

2. Title of the report bold, capital letters, centered

3. Abstract

4. The main text

5. List of literature

Requirements for the design of the papers:

1. Font Times New Roman 14 points

2. Line spacing 1.0

3. All fields 2 cm

4. First line indent 1.5 cm

Summary should contain up to 100 words in Russian and up to 130 words in English.

The main text of the paper should be 3,000 to 4,000 words in Russian or English.
